A Cameron man is facing charges after he allegedly inappropriately touched three children under the age of 17 at a gravel pit, the Steuben County Sheriff's office said.
Matthew P. Dubois, 19, of Cameron, was charged Tuesday with three counts each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
Dubois was arrested after an investigation into reports of trespassing at the gravel pit and reports a man had inappropriately touched children at the pit, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Bath Town Court and sent to Steuben County Jail on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.
He will appear in Cameron Town Court at a later date.
