Two people are facing charges after Bath Village Police allegedly witnessed a possible drug deal Wednesday on West Steuben Street.
Police said their investigation into the alleged incident led them to a West Steuben Street apartment, where they arrested two men.
Austin J. Diller, 58, of West Washington Street, was charged with felony fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly possessing large amounts of crack cocaine and money.
Raphael R. Jones, 48, of Manor Village, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Police said Jones was using crack cocaine in the apartment.
Both men were sent to Steuben County Jail.
More charges are pending and there could be more arrests, police said.
