  • Wanted man found in Bath

  • Justin M. Nichols, 25, of 53 University Ave., Atlanta, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt, both felonies, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
    Nichols allegedly violated an order of protection and smashed car windows on Dec. 12, 2013 in the Town of Cohocton. An arrest warrant was issued Jan. 7 and Bath Village Police located him Tuesday, according to State Police in Bath.
    Nichols allegedly possessed marijuana when he was arrested, police said.
    He was arraigned in Cohocton Town Court and sent to Steuben County Jail on $10,000 bail and $20,000 property bond.
