  • The Steuben County Sheriff reports the following: Harassment Gerald Clark Cleveland II, 44, of West William Street, Bath, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Probation Violation Ila Julia Estep, 38, of Victory Highway, was arrested on an outstanding violation of probation warrant issued out of the Town of Bath court. Multiple Charges Fred Moore, 54, of Corning, was charged with first-degree filing false document and fourth-degree Welfare fraud. Warrant Matthew Lee Porter, 23, of Erie Avenue, Bath, was taken into custody after a violation of probation warrant was issued for his arrest. Multiple Charges Christopher G. Niles, 23, of Wightman Avenue, Hornell, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and unlawful possession of marijuana. Failing to register Thomas Devaul, 36, was turned over to the Madison County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.
