BATH | Three men were charged over the weekend in connection with a Feb. 5 burglary at a Town of Corning residence, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
Justin C. Ross-Jessup, 18, of Cameron Mills, and Steven J. Bonham, 19, and Shane M. James, 18, both of Montour Falls, were each charged with one count of second-degree burglary, and one count of third-degree grand larceny, both felonies, deputies said.
Ross-Jessup and Mills were arrested Saturday morning in the Town of Dix. Bonham was arrested Sunday in Watkins Glen.
All three were arraigned in Corning Town Court and released on their own recognizance. They will return to court March 3.
A press release did not say what was allegedly stolen from the residence on Hickock Road.
The investigation is continuing, deputies said.
The Schuyler Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
