  • BATH | Two alleged drug dealers from Rochester and a Bath resident were arrested after an investigation, Bath Police said.
Dominique X. Pitts, 22, and Dennis L. Pitts, 27, were charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, for allegedly intending to sell crack cocaine at a 105 Geneva St. apartment.
Both were sent to Steuben County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
On Thursday, authorities also charged Theophillus McGill, 71, with first-degree criminal nuisance, a felony, for allegedly allowing drugs to be sold at his residence.
He was sent to the Steuben County Jail on $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
The arrests were the result of an investigation into a complaint of drug activity at the apartment, police said. A search there found a substantial amount of crack and cash, police said.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police in Bath assisted in the investigation.
