BATH | Two alleged drug dealers from Rochester have been arrested at a village apartment, Bath Police said Wednesday.
Dominique X. Pitts, 22, and Dennis L. Pitts, 27, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, for allegedly intending to sell crack cocaine.
The arrests were the result of an investigation into a complaint of drug activity at an apartment located at 105 Geneva St., police said.
A search of the apartment found a substantial amount of crack and crash, police said.
Both were arraigned in Bath Village Court and sent to Steuben County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police in Bath assisted in the investigation.
More arrests are pending.
