  • A Dundee man wanted in Pennsylvania is facing charges after allegedly fleeing police Wednesday in Tyrone, the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Dept. reported.
Aaron R. Shepherd, 31, of 316 County Road 23, was charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer, driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle and failure to keep right.
Deputies were seeking Shepherd at the request of Pennsylvania authorities, who were seeking a subject driving a black Chevy Camaro. When deputies located him, Shepherd allegedly fled the scene. He was arrested after a brief chase, deputies said.
Shepherd was arraigned in Tyrone Town Court and sent to Steuben County Jail on bail.
The investigation continues with charges possible in other jurisdictions.
