  • The 48th Annual Keuka Lake Art Show will be held this weekend in Hammondsport’s Village Square.
The show runs from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Sponsored by the Keuka Lake Art Association, its the oldest outdoor art show in the Finger Lakes, organizers say.
The show began as a small exhibition for students in an adult art class taught by local art teacher Michael Moretti, and as grown through the years to be a favorite venue for artists in the local area, organizers say.
Artwork in the categories of pottery, jewelry, sculpture, photography, watercolor, and oil and acrylics will be on display under the shady trees by the bandstand in the Village Square.
The show will include work by well-known regional artists, as well as amateur artists and high school and college students.
The judges for this year’s show will be Stephanie McMahon and Jason Green, who are professors at Alfred University.
There will be live music in the bandstand by Ed Clute and Fran Morgan on Saturday, and by Ed Clute and Bill Groome.
