  • 2 charged after traffic stop in Bath village

  • Two people are facing charges after a recent traffic stop in the Village of Bath.
    Isabel M. Bramson, 31, of Wood Street, Bath, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and not stopping for a flashing red light, Bath Village Police said.
    Bramson was also wanted on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine in Chemung County, police said.
    She was sent to Steuben County Jail on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
    She will appear in Bath Village Court at a later date.
    A passenger in the vehicle, Donald C. Ball, 41, of Wood Street, Bath, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and was arrested on two warrants out of Chemung County for petit larceny and one out of Steuben County, police said.
    Ball was sent to Steuben County Jail on unspecified bail.
