BATH - The Bath VA Medical Center will be holding H1N1 flu vaccination clinics January 26, 27 and 28, 2010. The clinics will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the third floor annex of the main hospital building (Building 76).
Vaccinations are available for eligible Veterans currently enrolled for care at VA. If not enrolled, this is a great opportunity to determine eligibility for care and, if eligible, receive a free flu vaccination. Veterans not currently enrolled should bring their DD214 and 2009 income information.
In addition, H1N1 flu vaccination clinics will be held at the Elmira and Wellsville VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The Elmira VA Clinic will hold a clinic on Saturday, Jan. 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their location in the Health Services Building on Madison Avenue in Elmira. The Wellsville VA Clinic will hold clinics on Saturday, January 23 and 30 from 9:00am-2:00pm at their location on Riverside Drive in Wellsville.
If Veterans are unable to attend the flu shot clinics at the announced times, VA will be happy to schedule an appointment.  If a Veteran requires this service, they should call Bath VAMC Primary Care at 607-664-4626, Elmira VA Clinic at 1-877-845-3247 (option 1) or Wellsville VA Clinic at 1-877-845-3247 (option 2).
