Richard D. Snell

GRANTS PASS, OR. - Richard D. Snell, 91, of Grants Pass, Oregon died September 22, 2006, at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the Indian Mary Park boat ramp. Please bring a chair. Chapel of the Valley-L.B. Hall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He was born April 23, 1915, in Bath, to Lewis and Gertrude Snell. He earned a degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to his retirement in 1971, he worked as a highway engineer for the state of California. After retiring, he moved to Grants Pass from Orinda, California.
