First Halloween
11-month-old Onamarie Shattuck of Bath awaits her first Halloween parade in Pulteney Park Friday, as the John Southard Youth Recreation Commission prepared to kick off its annual Halloween parade. The celebration included a bagpiper and lots of other spooktacular costumes.
