Jail training recognized
Sheriff Daniel Middaugh of Oneida County presents Major Christopher Lian of the Steuben County Sheriff's Office with a certificate of participation for the 2006 New York State Sheriff's Association Jail Administrator's Training Conference. Middaugh is president of the Association, which organizes forums for the exchange of ideas regarding correctional practices.
