Engagement Announcement
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gene and Patricia Drum of Cohocton and Richard and Robin Lattimer of Bath. She is a 1995 graduate of Avoca Central School and 1997 graduate of SUNY at Delhi. She also received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Elmira College and presently works at Arnot-Ogden Hospital as a registered nurse. Her fiancé is the son of Robert and Debra Francis of Pleasant Hill, Oregon. He is a 1997 graduate of LeTourneau Univesity, Texas, with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He is employed at Schweizer Aircraft Corp. i n Horseheads.
The couple are planning an August 11, 2007 wedding.
