Taize service at St. Mary's

BATH - Mary's Catholic Church will host a ecumenical Taizé-style worship service at 7 p.m. Dec. 3, . The service, sponsored by the Bath Ministers Association, will be modeled after those held at the ecumenical Community of Taizé, France. The primary elements of worship at Taizé are meditative song, prayer, scripture and silence. Taizé songs tend to be short, with simple melodies and few words. The community is invited to join this unique worship experience.
