BATH - The Bath Area Landlord Association will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. at Lakeview Apartments. Topics relating to fair housing law will include:

 Screening  Discrimination  Application processes  Leases  Tenant selection  Evictions

 Avoiding law suits.
