Memorial proposals
Pictured above is one of numerous proposed designs for a new veterans memorial on the southeast corning of the Washington-Liberty Street intersection. The memorial designs, developed by Alfred State College students, are open for viewing by the general public. A local veterans committee will narrow the choices down, with a final design to be decided at a later date.
