Obscene performance

Steuben Sheriff's deputies on Nov. 21 arrested Anthony P. Kroeger, 47, of Hotchkiss Road, Prattsburgh, on charges of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child.

Kroeger was arraigned in Prattsburgh town court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of a $30,000 cash bash or a $60,000 property bond.

He is to reappear in court at a later date. Controlled substance

Sheriff's deputies working with the Steuben County District Attorneys Drug Initiative arrested a Rochester man in the Town of Avoca on Nov. 22.

Chadwick P. Loyd, 26, was charged on a Superior Court warrant with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and thirddegree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Loyd allegedly sold crack cocaine in August to another individual in Avoca. He was arraigned in Steuben County court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or a $20,000 property bond.
