Jane Holmes

BATH — Jane Holmes, age 94, of Bath, died Thursday, December 7, 2006 at home. She was born in Syracuse, March 3, 1912 the daughter of Curtis and Maude Holmes. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bath and was retired from the Bath V.A. Hospital. Jane was past president of the Bath Business and Professional Womens Club, N.A.R.F.E. and the Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital Tulip Twig. She was a member of the Christian Women’s Assoc., t h e Women’s Republican Club, and was a R.S.V.P. Volunteer at the Bath V.A. Hospital.

She is survived by three second cousins, Diane Knowlton of Syracuse, Kenneth Galster of Colorado and Dr. William Potts of South Carolina. She was predeceased by her cousin Eleanor Palmer of Utica.

There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in the Onondaga Valley Cemetery, Syracuse. Fagan’s Funeral Home of Bath in charge of arrangements.
