Burglary

Steuben County Sheriff’s deputies last week charged Lance G. Seaman, 23, of Denwood Terrace, Bath, with one count of third-degree burglary after an investigation into an incident that occurred last year in Fremont.

Seaman was arraigned in Bath village court, released and directed to contact the county’s pre-trial release program. He is to appear at a later date in Fremont town court.

Bath village police and the district attorney’s office assisted in the investigation.
