Cecelia R. McChesney

BATH - Cecelia R. McChesney, 89, passed away on Friday, December 29 at the Steuben County Health Care Facility after a short illness. Cecelia was born March 12, 1917 in Minnesota to Joseph Parulski and Josephine (Budnick) Parulski. She was predeceased by her husband Stephen McChesney, who died on May 28, 1985, and her 8 brothers and sisters. Cecelia was retired from Acme Markets where she worked in the meat department. She was a very active resident at the SHCF involved in all the activities there. She was a member of St. Gabriel's Church in Hammondsport. She had belonged to the Bath American Legion, V.F.W., Moose and Elks. She is survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.

Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, January 3 at 2 p.m. at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath with Maureen O'Neill officiating.

Burial was in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Bath.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Cecelia's name may be made to St. Gabriel´s Church, 7 8 S h e a t h e r S t r e e t , Hammondsport, NY 14840.
