Alice L. Shay

CAMPBELL - Alice L. Shay, age 60, died January 3 at her home in Campbell.

Friends called Friday, January 5 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A Funeral service was held Saturday, January 6 at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church, 24 North Main St, Rushville. Burial was held in Nettle Valley Cemetery.

Alice worked at Walmart in Painted Post. She enjoyed yard work, refinishing furniture and water activities. She liked to "shop till you drop".

She is survived by her husband, Donald Shay; 8 children, Tony (Maria) Gray II, Kenneth (Cheryl) Gray, David Gray, Dale (Dawn) Gray, Randy (Andrea) Goodwin, Joseph (LaDonna) Goodwin, Theresa Dahlberg, and Patricia DeMuth; her mother, Sarah Yeomans; two brothers, Gary Lester and Roy (Jeanie) Lester; one sister, Carolyn (Walton) Day; 19 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
