Howard library to begin story hour Monday

HOWARD - Pre-school Story Hour at the Howard Public Library begins Jan. 22 at 1 p.m.

Children must be at least three years old and not yet in kindergarten in order to be registered.

The library's story time serves as an introduction to story sharing in a small group setting. It includes oral readings, crafts and a snack. Activities are geared toward fostering a love of libraries, books and reading, developing good listening skills and supporting children's literary development.
