Parent resource center offers new programs

BATH - The Bath Area Family Resource Center, located in the Vernon E. Wightman Primary School, offers parents and caregivers a safe place to drop in and play with their children or socialize with other children and adults, as well as educational resources.

Programs include:

Little Learners

Little Learners is a playgroup for children from birth to 5 years and their caregivers. A healthy snack and activity are provided. Healthy Families Steuben sponsors this group, however, you do not have to be a current participant of Healthy Families in order to attend.

Social Butterflies

Social Butterflies is a playgroup for children from birth to 5 years and their caregivers. A healthy snack and activity are provided. Early Head Start sponsors this program, however, you do not have to be a current participant of Early Head Start in order to attend.

Story Hour

Story Hour includes a story, activity and a healthy snack. Story Hour is sponsored by volunteers.

Creative Movement

Creative Movement is a joyful way for children to explore and discover the mind and body, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity.
