Ira Davenport Auxiliary makes annual donation to hospital

BATH - The Davenport and Taylor Auxiliary recently donated $10,000 to Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital and the Fred and Harriett Taylor Health Center. The local donation will be matched by New York state.

The Auxiliary donates funds to the hospital annually, holding fundraising events throughout the year, such as the annual Harvest Heartbeat Arts &Crafts Fair, seasonal basket raffles and pecan sales.

In addition to monetary contributions, Auxiliary members also assemble patient information packets and work in other volunteer positions in the organization. New members of any age and gender area always welcome to join the Auxiliary.
