Seuben County Sheriff's deputies last week charged Michael J. Ladieu, 20, of Savona with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than .08 percent and driving without a seatbbelt following a vehicle stop at the Savona Arrow Mart.

Ladieu is to appear in Savona village court at a later date.

Assault

Bath village police last week charged Gary Faucett, 25, of Corning with thirddegree assault after he allegedly punched another individual in the face. Faucett was arraigned in village court and is to return to court at a later date.
