Mr. & Mrs. Richard Dennis of 10 Center St., Savona, celebrated their 50th anniversary, with family and friends, recently at the Old Mill Café, Woodhull given by their son Kevin.

Richard and the former Jean Marlatt were married January 26, 1957 at her parents home in Canisteo.

Richard is a retired truck driver with 40 years of service. Jean was formerly employed at Savona Central School, 12-1/2 years, and is retired from Steuben County with ten years of service.

The couple have two children: Kevin Dennis, Buffalo, and Lori LeGro, Painted Post. They have four grandchildren, Christie Dennis- Smith, Aubrey, Jacob LeGro of Painted Post, and SGT. Adam Dennis, Iraq. They also have two great-grandchildren, Cadence and Jenna Smith of Painted Post.
