Bush policies demand public protest
      I was arrested last March taking part in a protest against torture on Dennison Parkway, Corning. My lawyer, Ross Scott notified me recently that charges alleging that I "recklessly created the risk of public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm" had been dismissed.
