Warrant Jonathan M. Aloi, 30, of 6711 Rte. 415, Bath, was arrested late Friday afternoon at the County Office Building in Bath on a warrant charging him with a violation of Family Court Act concerning child support. Aloi was arraigned by County Judge Marianne Furfure and was committed to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $300 bond. Forged instrument The Bath Police Departments Criminal Investigation Unit, in a joint investigation with Hornell Police Department, arrested of Thomas A. Weinman, 24, of Hornell. Police charged Weinman with three counts of criminal possession of a forged Instrument in the second degree, a class D felony. Police allege that on three separate occasions Weinman possessed checks and money
orders belonging to other individuals from Bath and Hornell without permission or consent. Weinman also allegedly caused these instruments to be cashed in the Village of Bath. Weinman was arraigned in Bath Town Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail with out bail. |
