Roland A. "Bud" Pierce

BATH - Roland A. "Bud" Pierce, age 86, of Bath, died Saturday, March 10 at the Steuben County Health Care Facility, Bath.

He was born in Wheeler July 15, 1920 the son of Walter and Clara Doty Pierce. He worked for the village of Bath.

Survived by his wife: Wanda Drew Pierce of Bath, one daughter, Patricia (Wayne) Seymour of Orlando, Florida; three sons, Roland J.(Sharon) Pierce of Rochester, David (Janet) Pierce of Ft. Worth, Texas and Richard Pierce of Syracuse, one sister, Evelyn (Charles) Butts of Bath; two step children, Teresa (Alan) Turner of Bath, and Douglas (Ruby) Townsend of Korea, 11 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Predeceased by his first wife Eleanor, one brother Leo Pierce and two sisters, Eleanor and Pat.

Friends called on Friday, March 16 from 2-4 p.m. at the Kanona United Methodist Church, services followed at 4 p.m. with Reverends Kate Benton and Marilyn Wood officiating. Arrangements by Fagan's Funeral Home of Bath.
