POLICE Paint ball incident State police are investigating a paint ball incident that occurred on March 17 at about 11:30 p.m. in the Main Street area of Coopers Plains. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 962-6865 or 776-3356. Criminal sale Bath village police last week arrested Geraldine R. Orr, 24, of Back Valley Road, Hammondsport on one count of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The arrest follows a three-month investigation by the Steuben County Drug Enforcement Initiative into the sale of cocaine in the Village of Bath. Orr was arraigned in Steuben County Court and remanded to the county jail on $5,000 bail or a $10,000 property bond. Rape State police on March 19 charged Charles R. Wilson, 55, of 25 Hudson Drive, Wayne with first degree rape for allegedly forcibly engaging in sexual intercourse with a female victim.
Wilson was arraigned in Bath town court and remanded to
the Steuben County Jail on $5,000 bail or a $10,000 property bond. He is to
reappear in town court at a later date. | |||||
