POLICE Criminal sexual act Steuben County Sheriff deputies last week arrested Anthony P. Kroeger, 47, of Hotch k i s s R o a d , Prattsburgh, with use of a child in a sexual performance after further investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred at his residence on Oct. 20, 2006. Kroeger was arrested at the Steuben County Jail, was he has been held on charges of fourth-degree grand larceny and committing a criminal sexual act. He is to appear in Prattsburgh town court at a later date to face the additional charges. Impersonation Sheriff's deputies last week charged Darwin G. Mettler, 25, of Segurs Court, Campbell with seconddegree criminal impersonation after he allegedly falsely identified himself to deputies at a traffic stop. He is to appear at a later date in Campbell town court. Endangering the welfare of a child Bath village police last week charged Iva A. Jackson, 33, of 32 Belfast St., Apt. 101, Bath, with nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree criminal sale of marijuana. Jackson allegedly served alcohol to at least nine children between the ages of 14 and 17. She was arraigned in Bath village court and is to reappear in court a later date. DWI Sheriff's deputies last week charged Kevin E. Patterson, 41, of Bath with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08 percent and driving with a broken taillight. Patterson is to appear at a later date in Bath village court. Burglary State police in Bath last week arrested Billyron Adams, 38, of 8202 Stone Road, Prattsburgh, on charges of second-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, second-degree assault, aggravated criminal contempt, fourth-degree grand larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. Adams' arrest follows the investigation of a robbery that occurred on Bonny Hill Road in the Town of Bath on April 22. He allegedly broke into a residence, assaulted the occupants, stole property from the residence and stole a vehicle outside the residence. Adams was arraigned in Bath town court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail. He is to reappear in town court at a later date. |
