Burglary

State police in Bath last week charged Marcus Whitmore, 17 of Savona Estate Trailer Park, Savona, with third-degree burglary for allegedly breaking into the Savona Cinderella concession stand in 2006.

Whitmore also was charged with endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly allowing an individual less than 16 years old participate in the burglary.

Whitmore was arraigned in Bath village court and is to reappear in court at a later date. The unidentified juvenile was ordered to appear in Steuben County Family Court. Possession of marijuana

Steuben County Sheriff's deputies last week charged Richard T. Holley, 18, of Center Street, Campbell, with speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in the Town of Campbell.

He was issued an appearance ticket for a later date in Campbell town court.
