John M. Kapral

CAMPBELL - John M. Kapral, 85, of 5275 Wolf Run Road, Campbell, died Friday, May 4, in the Bath Veterans Administration Medical Center, Bath.

He was born in Corning, the son of Lewis and Anna Kapral.

He was a retired carpenter, employed by Keuka Construction, Corning. He was predeceased by his sisters Anna Melnyk and Mary Tuma.

He is survived by his wife: Jennie (Poplaski) Kapral, two daughters: Barbara Campbell of Savona, Connie (Thomas) Feehan of Corning and one son: John (Diane) Kapral of Corning, two sisters: Helen Coons of Corning, Marge (Reginald) Morse of Campbell, three brothers: Joseph (Lois) Kapral of Corning, George Kapral of Corning, Michael (Susan) Kapral of Florida, nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Friends called Tuesday, May 8 from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Fagan's Funeral Home, Bath.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 9 at 10 a.m. at Bath VA Union Chapel, Bath, with Rev. Gerald O'Connor officiating.

Interment was held Wednesday, May 9 in Bath Nation Cemetery, Bath.
