Bath village police last week arrested three Rochester men on drug charges after stopping their vehicle at the Bath Arrow Mart.

Charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance were: Chantell M. Archibald, 19; Michael A. Ramos, 53, and Agot R. Garang, 21. Police say they found significant quantities of crack cocaine and marijuana, as well as nearly $3,000 in cash.

All three men were arraigned in Bath town court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.

Village police were assisted at the scene by state police and Steuben County Sheriff's deputies.

Three people were injured May 8 when the vehicle in which they were traveling skidded out of the control on Freeman Hollow Road in the Town of Bath.

The driver of the car, Valerie Gaudino, 50, of Freeman Hollow Road, allegedly was driving with a suspended license. Police say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash, and charges are pending.

Gaudino suffered multiple fractures and internal injuries and was transported by Bath ambulance e to Corning Hospital.

A front seat passenger, Christina Lewis, 38, was transported by Mercy Flight to Wilson Hospital in Binghamton with fractures to her jaw and ribs.

A backseat passenger, James Rowe, 44, was transported by State Medivac to Arnot-Ogden Hospital in Elmira with a fractured neck.

Criminal contempt

State police last week charged Charlene M. Hoad, 23, of 6 Campbell St., Bath, with first-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

Blodgett himself was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The child endangerment charges stem from the allegation their two-year-old son was in the back seat of their vehicle as they engaged in a physical altercation while driving.

Gordon also allegedly harassed an individual by striking him in the face.

Gordon was arraigned in Bath town court and is to reappear in court at a later date. Violation of probation
