P'burgh scout headed for 100th anniversary Jamboree

Steven Hoad, 15, of Prattsburgh will attend the World Boy Scout Jamboree, to be held in London, England, this month with thousands of other Scouts from all over the world. This is a special year - it's Boy Scouts' 100th year anniversary.

The World Jamboree happens only every four years. Scouts will camp out during the thirteen day event. They are assigned patrols before they leave the U.S.

Steven is the only Scout to attend from the Five Rivers Counc
