Failure to register

On July 5 the Steuben County Sheriff's Office arrested Peter Storelli of 7610 Hotchkiss Road, Prattsburgh, for Failure to Register a Change of Address to the Department of Criminal Justice Services as a Level 1 Sex Offender. Mr. Storelli was taken to Bath Town Court where he was arraigned on the charge of Failure to Change Address as a Class D Felony, as Mr. Storelli was convicted of the same charge on Feb. 8, 2006 in Prattsburgh Town Court. Mr. Storelli was released to appear in Bath Town Court

at a later date.

Probation violation

Deputies arrested a Savona man Wednesday evening on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Bath Court. Roy D. Hyer, 30, was charged with a Violation of Probation and arraigned in Avoca Town Court. Hyer was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 property bond.
