Birth announcement

A son, Tanner Oakley Proaper was born Thursday, June 28, 2007 at the Arnot Ogden Hospital to Kevin and Tracy Monks Proaper of Bath. Paternal grandparent are Steve and Irene Rice of Bath. Maternal grandparents are Lou and Ida Monks. He joins his three year old sister, Hanna Rose.
