My two arguments in favor of Wal- Mart coming to Bath, New York

#1 - When was the last time you went to a Wal-Mart and had to pay ten cents for twenty minutes of parking?

#2. - When was the last time you went to a Wal-Mart and came out of the store only to find a parking ticket on your windshield, and then had to go down to the police station and pay a five dollar parking violation fee?
