Pulteney library to offer cartoon, watercolor workshops
      PULTENEY - The Pulteney Free Library will sponsor a cartoon art workshop entitled "How to Think/Draw likea Cartoonist" with artist Tom Fox at 1 p.m. July 28. Participants will learn how to approach their artwork with a smile, resulting in some great cartoons.

Cycle rally at the Curtiss
      HAMMONDSPORT - The Curtiss Classic Motorcycle Rally will take place July 28 and 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum. The rally will celebrate the100th anniversary of Glenn Curtiss's 136.4 mph record-setting run at Ormond Beach, Florida, in 1907.

Finger Lakes SPCA to go mobile
      BATH - The Finger Lakes SPCA will begin using a mobile spay/neuter clinic as a result of the donation of a recreational vehicle trailer to the organization. The organization currently operates a spay/neuter program (Project Catnip) in a stationary clinic in Bath.
