Mary P. Spraque

ELMIRA - Mary P. Sprague, 88, of Elmira and formerly of Lyon Street in Bath died Friday, July 27 at the Schuyler Hospital in Montour Falls. She was born July 1, 1919 in New York City. Mary retired in 1984 from the Bath V.A.M.C.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary (Charles) Salyerds of Elmira and Rose (Richard) Drury of Wayland, four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; two sisters, Grace Rose of Syracuse and Ann Lang of Indianapolis, Indianapolis and her brother John Haris of Texas. She was predeceased by her husband Arnold Sprague in 1987.

A graveside service was held at Nondaga Cemetery in Bath at 3 p.m. Friday, August 3.
