To the Editor,

Due to the fact that I have an opportunity to become a member of a speech-writing team for directors of an international organization, I am withdrawing from the Steuben County Legislative District 3 - Bath race.

As this writing position permits me to stay at "Hidden Pond Farm" and work from there, I will remain on the Bath-Haverling School District Board of Education.

I deeply appreciate all of the support shown to me in the early days of campaigning for the GOP Primary in Sept., especially that of D. Michael Hann, among others.
