Fugitive from Justice Warrant

The Steuben County

Sheriff's Office announce the arrest of Kenneth M. Kenard age 22 of Bath, for a fugitive from Justice Warrant from the State of Pennsylvania on July 27. He was arraigned in

the Town of Bath Court and held with no bail waiting

extradition.

Purse snatching

The Bath Police Department is currently investigating a purse snatching that occurred at Tops Markets on July 27, shortly before 6 p.m. Police have arrested Rebekah A. Dais, no perm address, on a violation of parole warrant and in connection with the stealing of the purse. Further charges and arrests are pending. Dais is being held at the Steuben County Jail on the parole warrant. Individuals

DWI

Steuben County Deputies report the arrest of Carl H. Becker, age 33 of Cameron, on July 29. He was arrested for DWI , BAC over .08, and no plate lamp in the Town of Canisteo following a traffic stop on State Route 36. He was issued tickets and is to appear at a late date in the Town of Canisteo court.
