Adam Charles and Jaclyn Stroup

Mr. and Mrs. Carl R. Stroup,of Russell, Pennsylvania, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jaclyn Sue Stroup to Adam Charles Jensen- Withey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Withey, Hammondsport.

Stroup graduated from Elmira College and is the program manager for Georgetown University Office of Special Programs. Sergeant Jensen-Withey also graduated from Elmira College. He recently received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Marine Corps after 4 years reserve and 3 years active duty. They currently reside in Montgomery Village, Maryland.

A wedding is planned for December.
