Bath Village Mayor David G. Wllace and Bath Police Chief David K. Rouse share an umbrella during Bath's participation in National Night Out. Wet weather caused a small turnout of about 18 community members who participated in a symbolic walk of the downtown business district.Village officials plan to reschedule the community-wide event for an earlier time in the evening so more families with young children will be able to attend.
