ProAction to honor'Stars'

Pro Action of Steuben and Yates, Inc., will hold its seventh annual Shining Stars Recognition Dinner and Awards Ceremony at the Corning Country Club on Sept. 27.

The Shining Stars event recognizes elected officials, volunteers, businesses and community partners of the Year from Steuben and Yates Counties. Honorees include Philips Lighting of Bath and the Steuben County Department of Social Services
