Betty Hope Dove TEMPLE HILLS, MARYLAND - Betty Hope Dove, age 68, of Temple Hills, Maryland, died Sunday, August 12, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira. She was born in Bath April 23, 1940 the daughter of William and Neva McGlynn Fullmer. She worked in the Applicant Unit for the FBI in Washington, DC. Betty was a member of the Bells Methodist Church in Maryland. She had worked at Palmer's Drive-In as a Car Hop while in high school. She is survived by two sons, John (Debbie) Dove of Seneca Rocks, West Virginia and Aaron Dove of Temple Hills, Maryland; three grandchildren, John Jr., Gina and Noel; four sisters, Nancy Fullmer of Bath, Doris King of Bath, Mary (Michael) McConnell of Catawba, North Carolina and Bonnie (Ted) Kellogg of Norwood; three brothers, James Fullmer, John (Sharon) Fullmer and Robert (Lois) Fullmer all of Bath, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Daniel Dove, her sister Kay Fullmer, sister-in-law Rose Fullmer and brother-in-law Pete King. Friends called on Thursday, August 16, from 1- 3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 17 at the funeral home, with Reverend Melanie Beardslee officiating. Burial will be in the Nondaga Cemetery. |
