GENEVA - A 19-year-o ld Bath man was killed early Tuesday morning when the car he was driving collided with a mini-van on Hamilton Street in the city.

According to Geneva police, Anthony Howard, of State Route 53, Bath , was traveling east on Hamilton Street shortly before 6 a.m. when his Dodge Neon drifted into the westbound lane.

An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death.

Davoli, 27, was taken by ambulance to Geneva General Hospital, where she was treated for leg injuries. She was released from the hospital a few hours later.

Neither vehicle had passengers.

No charges or traffic citations had been issued as of Tuesday afternoon.

It was unclear if police planned to file any charges.
