Michael V. Nadjadi, Jr.

SAVONA - Michael V. Nadjadi, Jr., 66, of County Route 17 Savona, died Tuesday, Sept. 4 at the Taylor Health Center in Bath. He was born Feb. 15, 1941 in Bradford the son of Michael Sr. and Mary Benyak Nadjadi. He was a past member of the Hammondsport and Watkins Glen Moose Clubs and a member of the Barrington Rifle Club.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Nadjadi of Savona; three daughters, Justine (Jody) Rockafellow of Meadville, Pennsylvania, Christine (Len) Tostanoski of Bath and Danielle (Harold) Wright of Bath, one son, Mi chael (Laurie) Nadjadi III of Savona, eleven grandchildren, Terinna Burd, Amanda Nadjadi, Jamie Tostanoski, Derrick McGlynn, Jeffery McGlynn, Alex Nadjadi, Nicky Tostanoski, Cody Tostanoski, Corey Wright, Austin Nadjadi and Aurelia Nadjadi, his granddog Shelby Rockafellow, his mother Mary Nadjadi of Savona; six sisters, Margaret (Bob) Klick of Bath, Julia Utter of Bath, Regina Nadjadi of Savona, Mary (Tom) Davidson of Savona, Dorothy (Jim) Elliott of Savona and Rose Nadjadi of Campbell, one brother, Victor Nadjadi of Savona, sister-in-law, Edith Nadjadi of Bradford, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father Michael Nadjadi Sr., brother Robert Nadjadi and brothers-in-law Jay Cogswell and Larry Utter and beloved Bubba.

Friends and family called on Friday, Sept. 7 from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Gerald O'Connor officiating. Burial was held in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Bath.
